1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting, browsing, or utilizing the web services engineered by Karuvii ("the Website", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our platforms immediately.
2. Permitted Use & Output Ownership
We grant you an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our web utilities for personal, educational, research, and commercial purposes.
- Your Output Belongs to You: Any assets, files, barcodes, QR graphics, cryptographic keys, or formatted text strings generated via our engines are entirely your intellectual property. You may distribute, sell, or integrate them without attribution or licensing fees.
- Platform Integrity: You agree not to launch denial-of-service attacks, scrape with excessive malicious concurrency, or attempt to circumvent security protections.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The design systems, visual interfaces, brand names (Karuvii, MyUtilityBox, Karuvigal), proprietary scripts, and editorial articles on Karuvii are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction of our full website codebase or branding without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Karuvii utilities are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. While our synthesis engines are designed to adhere strictly to international standards (including ISO/IEC 18004 for QR codes, ISO/IEC 15417 for Code 128 barcodes, and RFC 4122 for UUIDs):
We do not warrant that our tools will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. Users are advised to verify barcode print scannability and cryptographic uniqueness within their production environment prior to mass manufacturing or deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Karuvii, its operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including loss of data, business disruption, or printing inaccuracies.
6. Third-Party Integrations & Links
Our platforms contain links to external flagship utility platforms (including MyUtilityBox and Karuvigal) as well as official specifications (IETF, ISO). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their terms or privacy practices.
7. Governing Law & Modifications
